Overview

This Logistics Management System, built with Next.js, optimizes package lifecycle tracking and user support. I engineered a customTracking ID Generator that allows administrators to assign and monitor unique identifiers for real-time inventory oversight.

To enhance user experience, I developed a Simulated Support Interface designed to handle frequently asked questions through automated logic flows. The application features a Google Maps API integration for spatial data visualization and utilizes Next.js Routing for high-performance client-side navigation. This project highlights my ability to build complex administrative tools with a focus on data organization and seamless user flows.
